Not On My Watch
This illustration was created as the cover art for Not On My Watch by Stephen Xavier, a book I also designed from cover to cover. Written by a leadership coach, the book describes the issues businesses face in management turnover and offers practical solutions for developing management talent from within the organization.

My approach was to combine the idea of the mid-level executive and keeping watch nautical-style. The illustration was created in watercolor, gouache and colored pencil on paper.
